These are standard replacement cartridges for use with the Dr. Pen A9 that we currently retail. They are also suitable for the A11, A8S and M8S, should you have ordered one of those models from elsewhere.
Only $3 per cartridge! That is the cheapest price per cartridge in New Zealand. If you find a lower price from a domestic retailer we will beat it. These more commonly retail for $6 per cartridge (and you're often obliged to buy in packs of 10). How are we so much cheaper? Volume, volume, volume - we buy in bulk from the factory so we can sell at a lower price (we also work on much slimmer margins).

Cartridge Availability:
12 Needles: This cartridge is great for spot treating smaller areas. You can use it for a full range of applications, but it is intended for working with deeper and more specific problems, such as scars and stretch marks.
36 Needles: The increased number of needles makes this cartridge better suited for treating larger areas. You can use this cartridge for all skin issues.
R Nano: This cartridge is intended to aid in serum absorption. With many tiny, tightly packed needles you can increase absorption rates many times over. It also has some effect on fine lines and overall vibrance of your skin.

- Individual sterile packaging (it is recommended to sterilize before use regardless of this).
Hygiene & Safety:
It is recommended to use a new cartridge with each treatment. This is for hygiene primarily. A new cartridge also means sharper needles. However, if you intend on reusing your cartridges please sterilize them before and after use. Never share cartridges.
We recommend that you apply a skin rejuvenation cream/serum before, during or after the treatment. You should stick to serums which are not too strong (so no Retin-A). Hyaluronic acid is a safe option.
Change of Mind Returns & Warranty:
If upon receiving your order you are undecided about using it, please do not open the packaging. We can accept returns for products which remain sealed, but, for health reasons anything opened from its sealed packaging cannot be returned (as we cannot resell it). Upon return we will refund your order in full. This applies to change of mind returns.
The cartridge also comes with a one year warranty starting from the date of delivery. In case of a warranty claim we will replace or refund at our expense. Note that the cartridges are a consumable product, and the warranty will no longer apply after they are consumed (i.e. the needles become blunt through use).
