How can I pay?
We currently allow payments with your credit card or debit card. You may choose between Shopify Payments (which will mean the transaction will be processed through our website), or, PayPal (which will mean you will be taken to the PayPal website to complete your transaction). We don't currently accept bank transfer payments.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, both Shopify Payments and PayPal are safe payment methods. Your data is encrypted, and we can't see it or store it. Should you wish to err on the side of caution, please feel free to use PayPal as this will mean you are covered under their Buyer Protection scheme.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1 - 2 working days (and up to 2 days longer for rural addresses). We ship via Courierpost and they are generally very good at delivering on time.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we will email or text the tracking details to you. If you have not received them, please contact us and we will send them to you directly.
My order didn't arrive?
Please contact us and we will follow up with the courier company on your behalf. If the order is lost, we will reship it to you free of charge.
My order arrived broken! What happens now?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, we will reship it to you free of charge. We will ask for proof of this damage and may ask you to send the damaged order back to us (if we do, then we will pay for this).
Is your packaging discreet?
We understand that some people prefer to keep what they order to themselves. Therefore, we make sure to include no product or business identifying information on the courier satchel. This is included inside the courier satchel.

Where can I find information on Local Delivery?
Can I return an order that I don't want?
You may return any product(s) ordered so long as they have not been removed from the sealed packaging. This is due to health and safety reasons.
